In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in bold on their first substantive use within each clause.

By accessing the t6slot Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and t6slot with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register an Account and use the t6slot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your membership:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

t6slot reserves the sole right to determine eligibility in any disputed case. A determination that a Member does not meet these eligibility requirements at any time constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and review.

To access the t6slot Platform's full range of services — including casino games, sportsbook markets, and bonus programs — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account on the t6slot Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. t6slot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. KYC Verification: t6slot may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds. Required documents typically include a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
5. Account Currency: All t6slot Accounts for Indonesian Members are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). t6slot does not support multi-currency Accounts or mid-session currency switching.

t6slot supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and the e-wallet providers OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds to two minutes during standard operating hours. t6slot does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which t6slot accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the t6slot finance team. Under normal circumstances, approved withdrawals are credited to the Member's nominated Indonesian bank account within five minutes to two hours of approval. Withdrawal Conditions: Members must withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own legal name, matching the name on their t6slot Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. t6slot reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Any Bonus funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

t6slot offers a range of bonuses and promotional programs to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• t6slot VIP Program: Members who qualify for Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Black Diamond VIP tiers are eligible for tier-specific rewards including enhanced withdrawal limits, personalised bonuses, and dedicated account management. All content on the t6slot Platform — including but not limited to the t6slot brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t6slot or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without t6slot's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of t6slot intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

t6slot's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their t6slot Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

t6slot does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t6slot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

t6slot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Request by the Member to close their Account or initiate self-exclusion.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require t6slot to restrict access.

Upon Account closure, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-encumbered balances are not eligible for return upon Account closure resulting from a Terms breach.

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting t6slot customer support via live chat. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt of all required verification information.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t6slot holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Member and t6slot arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the t6slot customer support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as determined by t6slot's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent t6slot from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

t6slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t6slot will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the t6slot Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the revision.
